Live Ricotta-Making Demonstration
Guests will observe the step-by-step process of making ricotta from scratch using just milk, lemon juice, and salt. They’ll taste warm, just-strained ricotta and learn how to make it at home.
Ricotta Instruction Includes:
Choosing the right dairy
Understanding milk curdling
Straining for texture and flavor
Pairing tips (sweet & savory)
Optional Add-On: Meet Your Microgreens
Invite a local microgreen grower or urban farm partner to co-host the experience. Guests can:
Learn how to grow microgreens at home (soil or hydroponic)
Snip their own garnish for their toast
Engage in sustainability education and urban agriculture tips
Take home a mini grow kit (optional upgrade)
